Hourly Rate, Minimum Time, and Rush Rate:

Hourly Rate  –  My current rate for paralegal services is $70.00 per hour.

​

Minimum Time  –  The minimum time billed will be one (1) hour per project.

​

Rush/After Hours/Same Day Rate – My current rate for rush/after hours/same day projects is $85.00 per hour. 

        Rush assignments include:

• Same day court filings and service of documents, or other projects requiring same-day turnaround.

• Work required to be performed after 5:30 p.m.

• Projects required to be completed on weekend.

 

Costs and Expenses:

In-House Photocopies  –  Billed at 10 cents per page, for the first 1,000 pages during a weekly billing cycle, and 8 cents per page over 1,000.

Outside Photocopies, Postage, Overnight Delivery and Other Expenses  –  Billed at actual rate incurred.

 

Billing and Payment Terms –  I bill on a monthly basis as follows:  On the 1st day of every month.  Invoices are due and payable on a ‘net 10 day’ basis.  Invoices are sent via e-mail to the person you designate to receive them.

I operate under the fictitious business name (DBA) of ‘Catherine Amante Legal Services.’ Prior to my initial assignment with your firm, I will provide you with an IRS Form W-9 (“Request for Tax Identification Number and Certification”).

Payment Options:

 

Check Payments – Please make checks payable to ‘Catherine Amante Legal Services’ and mail to 22012 Mae Circle, Lake Forest, CA 92630.

Zelle Payments – Zelle payments are accepted. Zelle ID: amanteparalegal

 

Credit Card Payments –  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and e-Checks are accepted through a “Pay Now” link accompanying each invoice.
